The Regional Infant Hearing Program (RIHP), is available to families at no cost. To be eligible for services from RIHP: Families must reside in Montgomery, Preble, Darke, Miami, Shelby, Logan, Champaign, Clark or Greene County Children must be between the ages of birth and three (3) years old and identified as having some degree of hearing loss including children who are Deaf, hard-of-hearing, have Cochlear Implants, or have a hearing loss with other challenges Children must be enrolled in Help Me Grow |

| The Regional Infant Hearing Program follows up on newborn hearing screenings from hospitals when additional evaluation and/or services are needed. Each family will meet with a trained and SKI*HI certified Outreach Specialist who will individualize services to meet their specific needs which could include any or all of the following:
